Puya Semiconductor SPI NOR FLASH PY25Q64LB-SUH-IR - ME-3817-D
The Puya Semiconductor PY25Q64LB-SUH-IR is a 64-Mbit (8-MB) SPI NOR Flash memory operating from 1.65 V to 2.0 V. It supports Single, Dual, Quad SPI, QPI, and DTR read operations for code and data storage in embedded systems.
The Puya Semiconductor PY25Q64LB-SUH-IR is a serial interface NOR Flash memory designed for consumer electronics and other embedded applications. It provides 64 Mbit (8 MB) of non-volatile storage for program code and data, supporting systems where code is transferred from Flash memory to embedded or external RAM for execution.
The device operates from a single 1.65 V to 2.0 V supply, with no separate programming or erase voltage required. Its flexible memory architecture supports 256-byte page programming, 4-KB sector erase, 32-KB and 64-KB block erase, and full-chip erase. It also includes three 1-KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) security registers with lock protection and a 128-bit unique device ID for device identification and secure data storage.
