Job Description

As an Inside Sales representative, you need to focus on the inbound leads from individual requesting tech support which is totally an inside office base. This is the combination of sales, customer service and technical/system knowledge to sell products and components to new and existing customers.
Day-to-day Responsibilities include:
1) Find new sales lead through business directories, client referrals etc.

2) Find out what customers want and create solution or proceed the customer forward accordingly through a smooth sales process.

3) Initiate and answer saes enquiries directly from/to potential and existing customers to promote company products and solution services.

4) Follow-up and speculate on sales activities right from initial contact to order fulfilment.

5) Deliver a thorough knowledge of the product and service solution along with the pricing, quotes, and input on products and final solution.

6) Collaborate with other departments or customer/team and frequently respond to the queries internally and externally.

7) Co-ordinate requirements for inventories, delivery lead items and unit prices.

8) Other assigned duties.

Requirements

1) Must have bachelor’s degree in the same field.

2) Knowledge of the emerging market trend.

3) Should be multi-tasking to meet the high complexity of the sales environment and technological knowledge.

4) Team working with leadership skills or independently working ability.

5) Great and effective communication skills and listening ability with proficiency in English and Hindi speaking.

6) Customer-centric Behavior.

7) Open to occasional travelling.

8) Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Ms-excel, Ms-Office skill with formulas, analysis, formatting and manipulation of data.

9) Sound judgement with good business sense.

10) Problem -Solving skills with tenacity and resilience.
